We safely
accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via our secured
server. (No credit card orders at the moment) COD (Check on delivery) orders only
Pay by check or postal money
order payable to Albert A. Harrison, Inc. (Note: Albert A. Harrison, Inc.
is the parent company for CandleHarri)
You
can select "Mail in check" on the order form and send us a
personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order.
Please note that currently we are only able to accept postal money order
and checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on an U.S. bank. Paying by
check slows down your order since we don't ship the order to you until your
funds clear.

Sales
Tax
Sales tax is
collected only on orders sent within the state of New York. New
York law requires that we charge a sales tax on
the full amount of the order. By law, charges for shipping and handling are
considered part of the product and must be included when sales are
calculated.

allow for additional time during the peak holiday season.
Ship-To Address
If
you would like us to ship your gift to a different address you may do so at
no extra charge. We can also ship to multiple addresses. Each address in a
multiple address order should be treated as a new order. Simply submit a
new order for every address that you are shipping to.
P.O.
Boxes
We cannot ship any personalized item to a P.O. Box since we
ship via UPS. Please provide a street address.
Overseas
At the moment we are not shipping outside of the continental
United States.
Accuracy of Address Make
sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is
incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a
fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is
missing).

Some items may incur an additonal
shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance that they are
being shipped. We will contact you with these charges before the order is
processed for final approval.

Policy (No returns on candles
and wax products)
We strive to ensure that you have an easy and pleasant shopping
experience with us. Our products are carefully chosen to meet strict quality
guidelines and our friendly customer service will do everything possible to
make sure you are a satisfied customer! However, if you are not satisfied,
you can get a 15 % discount on your
next purchase.
Cancellation
Policy:
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us
as quickly as possible by telephone. We will do our best to prevent your
order from shipping, however, because our systems are automated, we cannot
always guarantee cancellations. If your order does ship out, your order
will need to meet all the terms and conditions as outlined in our return
policy.
